All About Me
I’m Artemissy, a long-time Sims enthusiast who’s been playing since the days of The Sims 2. Growing up with the franchise, I’ve always felt the default traits, careers, and aspirations were a bit limited, especially when it came to creating diverse characters. The lack of variety in infant and toddler traits in The Sims 4 was particularly noticeable, making many of my little Sims feel repetitive.
Not finding exactly what I was looking for in existing custom content, I decided to dive into modding myself. Starting with infant and toddler traits, which gained popularity faster than I expected on platforms like CurseForge, I’m now on a mission to expand my modding skills. I’m working on improving these traits to function more like in-game traits, with custom buffs and all the works.
Currently, my focus is on developing traits for Sims of all ages, from infants to elders, and figuring out where to get matching icons for infant traits, which is proving quite the challenge. I’m also eager to delve into creating custom pet traits, as well as introducing custom careers, aspirations, and even clubs and activities for younger Sims.
In addition to adding new content, I’m also tinkering with existing traits and careers to make them more realistic and deepen the storytelling experience.
